About Me
Born under the Cayman sun, Brayden Philpott has saltwater in his veins and real estate in his blood. From the time he could walk, he was the original “island office kid”: passing out flyers at four, planting for-sale signs before he could spell his last name, and quietly playing while his mom closed deals (trying to keep her toddler off the conference call).
A true islander, Brayden knows every cay, cove, canal, and prime fishing hole across all three Cayman Islands. Since age four he’s been his dad’s first mate; today he captains deep-sea fishing charters and Stingray City trips for Blue Haven Charters. When he’s not running someone else’s trip, he’s still out on his own boat with a line in the water; there’s simply no place he’d rather be.
His passion for architecture and the building process runs deep. Having watched dozens of Cayman Kai and North Side homes go from foundation to finish, Brayden is obsessed with design, construction quality, and how a property truly lives. He can tell you which lots stay dry in a downpour, where the healthiest reef sits right offshore, and exactly how the sunset paints a second-story deck.
What truly sets him apart is showing homes from the water, the angle almost no one else offers. He’ll pick you up in style from the Ritz-Carlton, the Kimpton, your Cayman Kai canal-front, or any dock on island, cruise you past the property, point out seawall condition, dock depth, and prevailing breeze, then walk you through the house with the same meticulous eye he uses on a build site.
